Exercise on time

Not just that, you can expand the two in any which way and to any stretch you can. Like, for example:
Spread your meal
Plan it well.
Remove junk from it
and the like

The secret is, if you know how to expand on this small list and stick to it, you don't need someont to tell you how to get abs.
