- There is no need to join a gym to lose weight nor is there a need to buy expensive machines
- There is no wrong AGE or wrong time to get started with your health program and lose weight. After all, it’s your health that you are going to work upon
- There are lots of widespread myths about saturated fats and exercises. You will, however, need fats in right quantities.
- Abdominal fat is not only ugly, covering up your abs, but is also a dangerous risk factor to your health (having excessive visceral fat is even more dangerous than subcutaneous fat in the abdominal area)
- Money hungry companies hide facts about how much protein and carbs you really need
- The biggest mistake people make is wasting WAY too much of their time training their abs directly
